成龍集會所五十年前是在地小學的校舍，改建後經營管理不易閒置至今，但在地老漁民仍保有在此讀書的回憶。空間重新改造風格為「海底小龍宮」活潑氣息，轉化猶如在海裡自在嬉遊的生活氣氛，作為居民平時生活聚會使用，以及社區孩童課後輔導的教室，並附加未來發展社區生態觀摩和社區活動的多功能使用。

Description:
Fifty years ago, Chan-long meeting place is a room of primary school, and later converted into "Chan-long meeting house." After a while, because of hard management it was dated until now. And local old fishermen still retain study memories in here. Reinvent style with "small Dragon King's palace" lively atmosphere, transforming the sea as comfortable living atmosphere, as be part gathering place of local residents, and after school child study classroom , combined with the future development of the ecological community to observe and become community activities used.
