土溝農村美術館
TOGO Rural Village Art Museum
2012年臺南後壁土溝社區發起「土溝農村美術館」，其概念是「村是美術館‧美術館是村」，農村可以是一座美術館，農村生活本是一種藝術繼續耕耘地方，以閒置家屋、倉庫、三合院作為展場基地，策劃藝術展覽與文化活動，讓更多藝術家、各專業領域團隊和青年學子踏入農村激盪更多火花，吸引外地朋友到土溝農村參訪，如同土溝老 農民所言：「人腳底有肥！」，只要有養分就能繼續滋養我們這片土地。
In 2012, people created the first “Village” art in Taiwan - TOGO Rural Village Art Museum. The museum takes art as the media while people display the feeling and ethnic spirits of the land; it removes the traditional formats of artwork and museum; and regards houses, farms, products, and farmers as the exhibitions, canvas, crafts, and artists. We introduced the concept of art into rural life, which promoted "Art is life, while life is art," and annual actively planning for art exhibitions and cultural events.
So that more artists, professional teams and more young students into rural to generate a variety of sparks and ideas, it will attract more foreign friends to visit our TOGO Rural Village Art Museum.As old farmer said: "People bring changes” As long as people come to here, it will continue to nourish nutrient our land.
